Unless noted otherwise all orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Out of Stock items, Custom Items, and Personalized items - these orders will take longer to process. You will be notified if your order will be delayed from processing in the standard 1 - 2 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please read Return Policy section.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus Shipping Cost for the return. This means you are responsible for shipping charges to make a return.
A happy customer is our goal. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@beeuniq-boutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
